WC Swans Girls Hockey Program

The WC Swans Girls Hockey Program is a spring and summer program focused on skill development, building hockey IQ, exposure, recruitment assistance, and, most importantly, having fun while continuing to grow as a player during the off-season.

A Summer of Development and Opportunity

Our teams compete in local, highly competitive tournaments throughout the spring and summer, providing players with challenging opportunities to develop, compete, and showcase their abilities while maintaining a relaxed approach that allows families to enjoy their summer.

Younger Teams: Players are asked to commit to 3–4 designated tournaments as a team. We encourage full-team participation to build chemistry and create a meaningful team experience. However, we understand that family commitments and summer plans come first, and we will work with families who can only participate in some tournaments.

Older Teams: Our older teams operate on an a la carte basis, allowing players to select the tournaments they wish to participate in and plan their summer schedules accordingly.

Building Team Chemistry

Every tournament is preceded by a team practice, giving players the opportunity to work together, build chemistry, and prepare for competition. All players are welcome to attend any team practice, regardless of whether they are participating in that weekend's tournament.

Player Development

We also offer weekly skills sessions and power skating at multiple locations, providing Swans players with additional opportunities to improve their skating, develop their skills, and continue growing as players throughout the off-season.

Recruitment Guidance and Support

When the time comes to explore prep school or college hockey, I, Ray Monroe, will work individually with each player and family throughout the recruitment process. My goal is to provide guidance, support, and assistance in finding the right hockey and academic fit for every player.

At WC Swans, we believe in developing players, supporting families, and creating an environment where girls can grow, compete, and enjoy the game they love.

Swans NCAA players and Future NCAA players (current NCAA players , and will allow players that are going into Senior year/ graduating)

30 player maximum.

1 Hour of on ice practice, flow drills, situational drills, mini games.

1 Hour of a game, reffed and played live.
